The Hyperion Brookfield MBS strategy is dedicated to investments in MBS at all credit ratings. Our investment strategy focuses on security selection and the relative value among credit rating classes of MBS. The objective is to deliver enhanced risk and return exposure versus the fixed-rate MBS portion of the Lehman Brothers Aggregate Index, as well as other customized benchmarks.
In addition, we utilize Treasury or Agency securities to take advantage of temporary dislocations in basis relationships.
