Our commercial MBS ("CMBS") strategy is dedicated to investments in CMBS at all credit levels. This investment strategy focuses on security selection and relative value among credit rating classes of CMBS. The commercial MBS investment process is based on the systematic application of relative value measures across credit and real estate categories. Rigorous bottom-up analysis is conducted in order to identify relative value among individual securities. Property-specific credit research and security structure analysis is emphasized. Our success in the CMBS market is derived from our superior access to deal flow and a comprehensive investment process that incorporates property level due diligence and fixed income expertise.
